​This Christmas we are running a givealittle appeal to raise funds to provide a 2026 family camp for the awesome S2C community. (Spelling to Communicate)

The Sport New Zealand funded camp in 2025 was life-changing for the participants - the nonspeakers and their families - and we want to be able to offer them another camp in 2026.

We know times are hard but want to do something for these amazing young people and their families. If you can spare just a few dollars please donate at our givealiitle page.
In the words of Moritz "All I can say is that it changed my life. I have never been in a camp with other spellers. Nonspeakers never get opportunities like this. We are left out and get ignored. Autistics like me (are) missing out because we are not seen. As a teenager I didn't go to camp at school as they didn't cater for me. My school is inclusive, but they still don't get me. My peers are other nonspeaking spellers not my classmates. All I am hoping is that we have another camp."
