Merit Award for Outstanding Contribution

Thank you Recreation Aotearoa - Te Whai Oranga for awarding our 2025 S2C Spellers Family Camp a Merit Award for Outstanding Contribution.

The camp was such a pivotal moment for everyone involved. We hope the award will help to shine a light on these amazing young people, their whanau and community. Hopefully it will also help us to secure more funding going forward to allow these guys the opportunity to participate in outdoor recreation - just like everyone else.

Below are Kate and Steph, the incredible duo showcasing the Merit award. We are very grateful for the funding from Sport New Zealand that made it possible.
