Women Only Adventures
POWA is a dedicated programme designed to get women out and enjoying the great outdoors.
Women face many barriers to participation in outdoor activities and we wanted to create a safe, supportive space where women could thrive.

We also run a series of Women Only Events, that has so far included Adventure Days, High Ropes, Kayaking, Tramping and Caving.

- a group for like-minded women who want to get out and enjoy the great outdoors to come together.
- Connects women with activities, training, advice, equipment, shared experiences and opportunities for getting out and about in the Waikato.
