Come try out our 2025 challenges on the climbing wall, abseil, zip line and archery. Let us cater a delicious morning tea and lunch for you and treat you to a fun day out at the stunning Pironiga Forest Park Lodge.
Grab your girlfriends for a day of challenges, laughs and adventure. Or just book for one and realise that promise you made to yourself at the start of the year to get more active, have more fun or take on a new challenge.
No experience required. You chose how high or fast you go with our 'challenge by choice' philosophy. It doesn't matter what age you are, your body shape or if its been a while since you have done something like this! Our POWA events are always super supportive with a strong sense of sisterhood. Get your teen outdoors and having fun, taking on new challenges and building up her confidence. Have a go on the climbing wall, abseil, fly down the zip wire and challenge yourself to some target practice on the Archery.
In a non-competitive, all-female environment our GIRL POWA Adventure Day is designed to give your girl a chance to shine. Together you can inspire, support and enjoy our range of challenges - making memories, having fun and meeting new friends.
Once in their teens our girls are participating less in sport and outdoor recreation - missing out on all the physical, mental and social health benefits it brings.
So why not join us with your daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin, sister, friend. You will have a blast!
